Kannaco, LLC | Wholesale Shipping Policy

Kannaco, LLC wholesale offers free shipping on orders of $299.00 or more. All orders less than $299 are calculated at 10% of the total order value. (I.E., a $150.00 order would have a $15.00 shipping fee).
Standard shipping is 3-7 business days from the date and time of the order. We do not guarantee delivery of packages within the 3 to 7-day time frame due to occasional carrier (USPS or UPS) shipping issues and delays.
All orders are fulfilled during regular operating hours. Any orders placed outside normal working hours or on the weekend are fulfilled the next business day.
Normal Hours of Operation are as follows:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Central Standard Time (CST)

Order and Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an introductory shipping email and confirmation with your tracking information. If you did not receive an email, please email us at email@example.com, and our fulfillment team will provide you with your tracking number.
Return and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction means everything to us, and we are committed to providing you with excellent customer service.
All wholesale orders are final.
- Wholesale orders may not be returned for any reason other than for defective or damaged product(s).
- If your order contains damaged or defective product(s), please refer to the information and instructions listed below.
- Refunds will not be issued for damaged or defective products; instead, they will be replaced at the expense of Kannaco, LLC depending on the claim filed and the documentation available when the claim is filed via firstname.lastname@example.org and within the stated time frame of 72-hours within receipt.
Damaged Product Due to Shipping or Freight and Defective Product(s)
We test all of our products for quality and carefully inspect before we ship them.
- Upon receipt of your order, please be sure to carefully inspect your product(s) to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping.
- All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72-hours of receiving your shipment.
- To submit a claim or for damaged or defective product(s), please email email@example.com and provide detailed information of the damaged or defective product(s), including a brief description and photos.
Defective products are outside of your control and our control. While this is a rare occasion, it can happen.
Damaged or defective product(s) will be replaced promptly and may need to be returned depending on the documentation submitted at the time of your claim.
