Getting Started & Partnership
Everything you need to know before opening your wholesale account — no contracts, no minimums, no surprises.
Kannaco Clinical is a professional-only CBD product company specializing in advanced formulations designed for clinical practitioners. We provide high-quality, third-party-tested topical products exclusively to licensed practitioners — not to consumers. Our mission is to give your practice access to premium CBD products with transparent pricing, clinical support, and proven formulations. We handle the sourcing, testing, and quality control so you can focus on patient care.
Any licensed healthcare practitioner qualifies for a wholesale account — chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncturists, physical therapists, naturopaths, and other licensed professionals. We require valid professional licensing documentation and proof of active practice. This ensures our products reach qualified practitioners who can properly guide patient use.
No minimum order requirement. Order as little or as much as you need from your first purchase. This flexibility means you can test our products with your patients risk-free without worrying about overstock.
Contact our team directly through our website or phone. We'll verify your licensing, discuss your practice needs, and set up your account within 24–48 hours. The process is straightforward — we want to work with you quickly.
Our evaluation kit includes samples of our core product line so you can test them in your practice before committing to wholesale orders. It's free for qualified practitioners. You'll experience firsthand how our formulations perform and how they integrate into your workflow.
Immediately. Your first wholesale order ships within 2–3 business days. Many practitioners start recommending products within days of opening their account and seeing our quality firsthand.
No contracts, no commitments. You're free to order as much or as little as you want, whenever you want. If you decide Kannaco isn't right for your practice, you can stop ordering at any time. We earn your continued business through quality and service.
Products & Formulation
What we make, how we make it, and why it performs differently than anything else on the market.
We specialize in premium topical CBD formulations including clinical-grade creams, targeted joint and muscle relief products, and precision roll-on applicators. Our current line includes the CBD Cooling Cream (CC4K10), Pro Cream (PC4K10), and Pro Roll-On (PRO4K09) — each engineered for a specific clinical application and patient profile.
We use advanced emulsion delivery technology designed for optimal dermal penetration and systemic absorption. Most competitor products use basic cream formulations optimized for shelf life, not effectiveness. Our formulations are engineered by our research team specifically to maximize therapeutic benefit. The result: superior clinical outcomes with better patient satisfaction.
- Nano-emulsion delivery technology
- Engineered for dermal penetration
- SC Labs ISO/IEC 17025 tested
- Clinical-grade packaging
- Basic cream base
- Optimized for shelf life
- Self-reported or no testing
- Consumer retail packaging
Yes, every single batch. We partner with SC Labs, an independent third-party testing facility. Each product receives comprehensive testing for cannabinoid potency, THC compliance, heavy metals, pesticides, and microbial contamination. Every batch comes with a complete Certificate of Analysis.
A Certificate of Analysis is a detailed laboratory report showing exactly what's in each product batch. It confirms cannabinoid content, verifies THC levels, screens for contaminants, and documents testing methodology. You can confidently share COAs with patients who want detailed product information. It's transparency we stand behind.
Our formulations are THC-free and fully compliant with all state and federal regulations. Some patients worry about THC appearing on drug tests; our products won't cause this. Every batch is tested and verified to contain zero detectable THC.
Note: Our CBD Cooling Cream uses a Full Spectrum formulation with <0.3% THC — within federal legal limits. The Pro Cream and Pro Roll-On are THC-Free (0.0%). Confirm which product is appropriate for your patient population.
CBD and CBG are both cannabinoids found in hemp, but they interact with the body differently. CBD is better studied for pain management and inflammation, while CBG shows promise for different applications. We currently focus on CBD formulations based on clinical research and practitioner feedback, but we're expanding our cannabinoid offerings as research evolves.
Our formulations use broad-spectrum CBD extraction, meaning they contain CBD and beneficial plant compounds but with THC removed. This provides the potential benefits of multiple cannabinoids without THC concerns. We chose this approach after reviewing practitioner preferences and regulatory considerations.
Clinical Integration & Patient Use
How to integrate our products into your clinical workflow and what your patients need to know.
Our products are specifically designed for clinical integration. We provide protocol cards for your staff, training materials, and application guidelines. Products can be applied during treatment sessions or recommended for home use. The key is treating them as part of your clinical protocol, not as a retail shelf product. We support every step of integration.
Not in a pushy way. You recommend products as part of clinical care — the same way you might recommend ice therapy, stretches, or other adjunctive treatments. Patients appreciate professional recommendations backed by clinical judgment. We handle the supply chain; you focus on clinical outcomes.
No. Our products are THC-free and topical (applied to skin, not ingested). Topical application doesn't enter the bloodstream in amounts that would trigger drug test results. Patients can use our products confidently without concern about workplace or athletic drug testing.
Note: The CBD Cooling Cream uses a Full Spectrum formulation with <0.3% THC. For patients with strict drug testing requirements, recommend the Pro Cream or Pro Roll-On (both 0.0% THC).
Research on topical CBD tolerance is still evolving, but clinical experience suggests tolerance development is minimal with topical application. Unlike systemic use, topical application works locally on affected tissues. We recommend following our clinical protocols for optimal results and monitoring individual patient response.
Topical products work locally on affected tissues. Most patients notice relief within 15–30 minutes of application, with peak effects around 60–90 minutes. Some patients notice cumulative benefits with repeated use over several days. Individual response varies based on the specific product and application area.
Our products are used by practitioners for pain management, inflammation reduction, recovery support, and localized discomfort. Common applications include joint pain, muscle soreness, post-treatment recovery, and localized inflammation. Your clinical judgment determines the best use cases for your specific patient population.
These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Clinical judgment determines appropriate use.

Quality & Testing
How we verify every batch, what our testing covers, and where to access your Certificates of Analysis.
Every batch is tested across six categories before it leaves the facility. SC Labs is an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory — the same accreditation standard used by pharmaceutical testing facilities. Testing is not spot-checked; every production run receives a full panel.
ISO/IEC 17025 is the international standard for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories. It is the same accreditation standard required for pharmaceutical testing facilities, forensic labs, and clinical diagnostic labs. An accredited lab must demonstrate technical competence, measurement traceability, and consistent methodology — verified by an independent accreditation body.
- Documented testing methodology
- Measurement traceability to national standards
- Independent third-party verification
- Ongoing proficiency testing
- Results are defensible in clinical settings
- Same standard as pharmaceutical labs
- Potency claims are accurate and verifiable
- Confidence when recommending to patients
Every product package includes a QR code that links directly to the current batch COA on the SC Labs website. COAs are also accessible through your wholesale account dashboard. We update COAs with every new production batch — you always have access to the most current testing data, and so do your patients.
cGMP stands for Current Good Manufacturing Practice — a set of regulations enforced by the FDA that govern the manufacturing, processing, and packaging of products. A cGMP-certified facility follows strict protocols for ingredient sourcing, batch documentation, equipment calibration, contamination prevention, and quality control. It means every batch is made the same way, every time.
It never ships. Any batch that fails testing on any panel — potency, heavy metals, pesticides, microbials, residual solvents — is quarantined and destroyed. We do not release a batch until it passes all six testing categories. This is non-negotiable. We have never shipped a failed batch, and we never will.
Absolutely. COAs are public documents hosted on SC Labs' website. You can share the QR code link directly with patients, print COAs for your intake materials, or reference them in patient education conversations. Transparency is the point — we want your patients to be able to verify exactly what they are using.

Real feedback from licensed practitioners across seven specialties — unedited, unscripted, and verified.
"I had the same questions every practitioner has — does it actually work, is it safe to recommend, and will my patients trust it? After three months, I have answers to all three. My patients ask for it by name now. The COA documentation made it easy to have a clinical conversation without hesitation."
"The FAQ page answered most of my questions before I even called. The testing transparency — SC Labs, ISO/IEC 17025, batch-level COAs — is what made me comfortable recommending this to patients with complex health histories. That level of documentation is rare in this category."
"I was skeptical of CBD wholesale programs after seeing how most of them operate. Kannaco is different — no minimum orders, no contracts, a real money-back guarantee, and products that are actually formulated for clinical use. The Pro Cream is now a standard part of my post-procedure protocol."
"My patients ask about CBD constantly. Before Kannaco, I had no good answer — I couldn't recommend something I couldn't verify. Now I can show them the COA, explain the nano-emulsion delivery, and recommend with confidence. Patient satisfaction scores have improved noticeably since I added this to my practice."
"The evaluation kit was the deciding factor. I tested all three products on myself and a few willing patients before placing my first order. The cooling cream's onset time and duration matched what the clinical documentation described. That kind of consistency is what builds practitioner trust."
"I had questions about margins and whether the pricing was actually competitive. The 50%+ margin is real — I verified it against two other wholesale programs I was evaluating. The packaging is also genuinely clinical-grade. My clients notice the difference and that makes the recommendation easier."
