You will be asked to provide your license number during the application process.
02 How much do I earn per sale?
You earn 40% commission on every completed sale made through your unique referral link or personal discount code. Commissions are calculated on the post-discount order subtotal and tracked in real-time in your GoAffPro affiliate portal.
03 What discount do my patients receive?
Every patient who uses your referral link or enters your personal discount code at checkout automatically receives 20% off their order. The discount is applied automatically — no coupon hunting required.
04 How does the affiliate tracking work?
We use GoAffPro for affiliate tracking. When a patient clicks your unique referral link a tracking cookie is set on their browser. If they complete a purchase within the cookie window your commission is recorded automatically. Your personal discount code provides an additional tracking method that works independently of cookies.
05 How and when do I get paid?
You can request a payout at any time through your GoAffPro affiliate portal. Payouts are processed via PayPal. Once requested payouts are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days.
06 Is there a minimum payout threshold?
There is no minimum payout threshold. You can request a payout as soon as you have earned your first commission.
07 Do my referral links expire?
Your referral links do not expire. Once a patient clicks your link the tracking cookie remains active indefinitely until they complete a purchase or clear their browser cookies. Your personal discount code also has no expiration date.
08 Can I use my own affiliate link to purchase products?
No. Affiliate links and discount codes are intended for patient referrals only. Using your own affiliate link or discount code to purchase products for yourself is a violation of the program terms and may result in account termination.
09 How do I get my unique affiliate link and discount code?
After your application is approved you will receive access to your GoAffPro affiliate portal. Inside the portal you can generate your unique referral URL and view your personal discount code. Both are available immediately upon approval.
10 What products are included in the affiliate program?
All three KannaCo topical products are included: Pro Cream Pro Roll-On and Cooling Cream. Your affiliate link and discount code apply to all three products automatically.
