What kind of magnesium is it?

Magnesium chloride, fully dissolved in the cream: about 350 mg of magnesium in every 100 mL. We state what is in the cream and make no claim about what it does.

Does the magnesium make it gritty?

The magnesium is fully dissolved, and the cream is built to carry it. A light mineral feel is possible on very dry skin.

Who should not use it?

It can sting on broken or freshly shaved skin, and it contains chamomile, so it is not for anyone with a daisy-family allergy. That applies to the therapist as well as the client.

How much CBD and CBG is in each size?

40 mg per mL, half CBD and half CBG: 18,920 mg in the 16 fl oz jar, 9,460 mg in the 8 fl oz bottle and 4,000 mg in the 100 mL bottle.

Does it contain THC?

This formula uses CBD and CBG isolates, not full-spectrum extract. Every lot will be tested for THC, and the certificate of analysis for the lot will report the result.

Is it scented?

No fragrance and no essential oils are added. Chamomile gives it a faint herbal note.

16 fl oz or 8 fl oz?

Is the backbar formula different from the 100 mL bottle?

No. The 16 fl oz jar, the 8 fl oz bottle and the 100 mL airless pump are filled with the same formula.

Can it be used in prenatal massage?

No. Every formula in the line contains cannabinoids, and the label advises against use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. That applies to the therapist as well as the client.

Can clients buy it to take home?
